What is a website care plan?

A website care plan is a monthly service that keeps your site up to date and working properly. Instead of logging in to make changes yourself, you send a message and it gets handled. Updates, content changes, monitoring, and support. All included.

What kinds of changes can I request?

Anything that keeps your site current and accurate: new copy, updated hours or services, new images, blog posts, event listings, and seasonal changes. For larger additions or structural changes, we talk through scope first.

I already have a website. Can I join a care plan without a Bewebsy build?

The care plans are designed for sites built by Bewebsy, since the way the site is built affects how it gets maintained. If you have a different site and are considering a full rebuild, book a call and we can talk through what that looks like.

Is this the same as web hosting?

No. Hosting keeps your site online. A care plan keeps it working well. Hosting is included in your care plan, but the plan also covers content updates, monitoring, analytics, SSL, domain management, and priority support.

How do I request a change or update?

Send an email. No ticketing system, no dashboard to learn. You send a message with what you need, and it gets done. Most updates are handled within one to two business days.

Can I cancel the care plan?

Yes. Plans are month to month after the initial three-month period included with your build. There is no long-term contract.

What is the difference between Foundation Care and Growth Care?

Foundation Care ($79/mo) covers everything most service businesses need: content updates, monitoring, SSL, domain management, a monthly analytics snapshot, and priority support. Growth Care ($129/mo) adds blog posting, expanded content support, and quarterly strategy check-ins. It is included with Growth builds and recommended for sites with 50,000 or more monthly visitors.
