Do you write the emails?
I write the welcome sequence in your voice, and you approve every word before it goes live. Ongoing newsletters are yours to send, though I can quote ongoing help if you want it.
Is a lead magnet worth it?
If your visitors aren't ready to buy on the first visit, yes. A good freebie turns "I'll come back later" into a subscriber you can actually reach. If your list grows fine without one, skip it. I'll tell you which camp you're in.
What does it cost to run after setup?
Just your email platform's fee, which is often $0 at small list sizes. The setup itself is one-time.
