Why I built Bewebsy Pronounced: (be-web-see)
I spent years in corporate customer care. I was good at it. But I wasn't helping anyone in a meaningful way. Every interaction felt robotic. People were treated like ticket numbers.
When COVID hit right as I finished my business IT degree, I stopped climbing someone else's ladder and built my own path. I'd been freelancing web design on the side and loved the work, so I went all in.
For the first few years, I said yes to everything. Projects dragged on for months. I worked weekends. Worse, the work felt incomplete. I'd hand over a beautiful website that just sat there doing nothing because there was no system to turn visitors into clients.
Everything changed when I realized the industry timeline was broken. Six to eight weeks for something that could be done in a day with the right prep. One client said, "Can we just do this in one day?" I said yes. It worked.
I rebuilt my process around that decision.
