Maintenance FAQ’s

All regular updates are performed weekly at our discretion. Security-related updates to the software are performed ASAP. In some cases, plugin feature updates may be delayed when there is a known or found bug or conflict with another plugin/theme. 

Websites are backed up daily at minimum. E-commerce websites or heavily trafficked blogs are backed up more frequently as needed. 

Yes. Your website uptime is monitored, and if the website goes down or is under a focused attack, we receive a notification and will investigate ASAP.

All plans come with email support.

Absolutely. This is a monthly subscription and can be canceled at any time. There is no fee for doing so.
